Welcome to Turquoise Sky Events. Thank you for choosing us to be part of your special celebration. These Terms & Conditions explain how our booking process works and outline the responsibilities of both Turquoise Sky Events and our clients. By requesting a quote, booking our services, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once your invoice has been accepted and payment has been received as outlined in your proposal. Because each balloon installation and rental is custom planned, materials are ordered and production begins shortly after your booking is confirmed. Event dates are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be guaranteed until your booking has been finalized.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds and rescheduling options are subject to the amount of work completed, materials already purchased, and the notice provided before your event. While we will always do our best to accommodate a new event date, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Custom Balloon Designs
Every balloon installation is handcrafted specifically for your event. Inspiration photos, mockups, and color palettes are intended as design references. Because balloon décor is an artistic service, every installation is unique, and slight variations in color, shape, balloon placement, or overall design may occur. These variations are a natural part of custom event styling.
Outdoor Installations
Balloon décor is designed to perform best indoors. Outdoor installations may be affected by weather conditions including sunlight, wind, rain, humidity, or extreme temperatures. Although we use professional-quality materials and installation techniques, Turquoise Sky Events cannot guarantee the lifespan or appearance of outdoor balloon décor once installation has been completed.
Rentals & Equipment
Rental items, including Bubble Houses, Ball Pits, Disco Ball Walls, Kids Tables & Chairs, backdrops, and other event equipment, remain the property of Turquoise Sky Events unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for ensuring rental items are used safely and returned in the same condition. Additional charges may apply for lost, stolen, excessively dirty, or damaged equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
Delivery & Event Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue access, setup times, parking information, and any venue requirements before installation. Delays caused by restricted access, inaccurate information, or venue limitations may affect installation schedules and could result in additional service fees.
Photography
We are proud of the celebrations we create and may photograph completed installations for use on our website, portfolio, and social media channels. If you prefer that your event or identifiable information not be shared publicly, please let us know in writing before your event, and we will respect your request whenever reasonably possible.
Limitation of Liability
Turquoise Sky Events is not responsible for delays, damages, or changes caused by severe weather, venue restrictions, third-party vendors, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or business practices. The most current version will always be available on this website.
